Kickboxing
Our kickboxing system is a blend of various kickboxing systems, and training methods. It's east meets west as we combine the kicks of the martial arts with the punches of western boxing. This is not cardio kickboxing found in health clubs. This is the real deal! You will learn effective skills in kickboxing.
Not only will you get a great workout, but you will develop credible kickboxing skills. Most cardio kickboxing instructors receive their certifications online, and have never trained in the martial arts! The classes do not emphasize proper form or technique, thus increasing the chance of injury. Our instructors have numerous years of kickboxing training. Our head instructor actively trains competitive kickboxers! Our assistant instructor is a member of our competitive kickboxing team.
Kickboxing Fundamentals
This class is designed to teach you the fundamentals of kickboxing. We teach you fundamentals of kicking and punching.You will learn how to blend them together in order to produce an effective training regimen. You will develop your footwork and body mechanics that will enhance your skill development and your overall kickboxing workout.
This class also focuses on ab development. This class ends with a 15 - 20 minute ab routine designed to forge abs of steel.
KFX Bag Class
Our KFX bag class is the next generation of kickboxing workouts. This is a 60 minute class that combines conditioning, ab work, and bag work in a fast paced workout. The drills of this class has been designed to help you obtain the benefits of cardiovascular training and resistance training simultaneously. The drills are designed to give you a total body workout that targets problem areas like the lower body and the midsection. This class provides a great way to tone up and develop long, lean muscle!
