We offer 1:1 training in all of our programs. The sessions are one hour in length. We personalize the program to fit your needs. We highly reccomend this for individuals that want to maximize their results!

You can fully develop your game. With personal training, it is about you. Your coach will be able to improve your skills and maximize your attributes. You can also focus on your weaknesses and help to improve your boxing IQ. By improving your boxing IQ, you will be able to absorb more information and be prepared to learn more advanced drills and strategies!

We also can put a routine together that is a blend of skill, core work, and conditioning. This gives you an overall workout that will have you looking like a pro in no time.
Train Wth A Friend
Share the workout with a friend! We offer semi private training programs. This program is designed for 2 - 6 people. This is perfect for bridal showers, corporate, or partner training.
20 Minute PadWork Conditioning
Want a quick workout that will condition you to the fullest. We got it right here. This is a 20 minute progressive pad drill that will help you improve your condidtioning. These 20 minute sessions are intense and fun. You will experience the same drills that we use for our fighters. Trust us, you will not experience a more dynamic form of a padwork workout!
Maximize your Conditioning
You can improve your strength and conditioning with our Cross EFX program. This program combines numerous aspects to improve your strength and conditioning. We combine strength training, conditioning, interval training, and core training to get you in the best shape ever.
We put you through workouts that professional fighters use to get in shape. A full 1 hour of conditioning and strength training. We train you like a pro to look like a pro.
