Women Only 12 WeekTraining Program
This program is strictly for the ladies. This is a 12 week program that focuses on getting results at a faster pace. This is a program for women that are serious about losing weight, and committed to being in the best shape ever! We keep the group limited to 6 - 8 members. As a result you receive more individualized instruction. The program is designed to help you get results that you wouldn't get on your own, and to cut down on the cost of personal training.
Most personal trainers can charge between $40 and $75 per hour. In our semi private program you pay a fraction of this making personalized training affordable. The program meets 3 days a week. The program has several components that creates a breeding ground for success!
Most women do not like walking into gyms and training with men.Most fitness gyms can provide an intimidating atmosphere. By making our program women only, we create a friendly non intimidating environment for women to train in. This program was developed by a woman for women.It is also taught by one of our female members of our fight team.
Strength Training
Medical Journals and fitness magazines have raved about the benefits of incorporating a strength training program into a fitness regimen. Our strength program incorporates functional training. This training will help to develop the upper body and the lower body while building a strong core.
Cardiovascular Conditioning
Our conditioning program is a signature blend of numerous strategies and drills. We have used this program to get results for our fighters and clients. One of our clients lost 60 pounds using this program. Another client lost 30 pounds! We train you like you are getting ready for the world title!
Nutrition
We provide you with a generalized nutrition program. We teach you how to look at eating right as a change in lifestyle not a diet. We develop a program for you. You also receive email support from one of our trainers, to help you be successful on the program.
Instructor
The Instructor for the program is Cheryl, our program director. She is a licensed boxing coach in the state of Pennsylvania, and a member of our women's competition team. Cheryl has over 10 years training experience.Cheryl has taught fitness kickboxing for 4 years. Cheryl is also a certified boxing fitness instructor and kickboxing fitness instructor. Cheryl is also a Level 1 kickboxing instructor and Level 1 Jeet Kune Do R.A.T. (Rapid Assault Tacticts) Instructor.
Boxing & Kickboxing
Boxing and kickboxing workouts are one of the best ways to lose weight and get in shape. The resistance provided from hitting the heavy bags help to develop toned muscles and provide a great cardiovascular workout.
